She even advised us to walk away from a couple of houses, as she could tell that we weren't completely sold on them. That spoke volumes to me as it was clear (it was already clear by then) that she was in it for us and to be sure that we were happy with our decision. Once it came time to put in offers, she made the process easy. She explained what would happen and when it would happen. In negotiations, she advised us based on her experience, given the variables that were at play.
