Stuck Inside, So We Eat Goodies:
Well we all find ourselves in a situation right now that we never dreamed of. As you watch the news and commercials or look at social media what we see it. At least to me what movies are made from sometimes I think maybe I will wake up, and I will be back to work and doing my day to day routine but that so far has not happened. I am a Realtor and my job is to help my clients buy and seller their home during the the COVID-19 Virus that has almost turned out to be impossible. It can be done but it takes a lot more planning and thinking outside the box. We do things using all the technology available including Zoom meetings, Virtual Home Showings, and Electronics Filing.

Now the Delicious Part of This Blog:
When I take a break from the computer I do what I love baking and cooking is a favorite pastime. I will try things I would normally not have the time to do, so I have always wanted to make donuts. We love cream filled donuts and I mean cream filled not just a dime size. I want my donuts To have some weight behind them.
So I did it! Made my dough the night before in the bread machine and then formed the donuts as per directed and put in the fridge and deep fried them. All I can say is they were heaven and easy to make you can see for yourself.
Once we shared these with Friend via video and social media we were enjoying the back and forth and just for a bit we forgot about what was going on around us and to me that was worth the few extra calories!
