I don’t know about you, but there is nothing better at a certain point in the day than a cup of coffee. Whether its used as a wake me up, a pick me up or the excuse to linger with a friend or colleague and solve the world’s problems, a cup of coffee can be as important as breathing! What does coffee have to do with real estate? You have no idea how many transactions are decided over a cup of joe! Listed below are some of my tried and true favorites! Full disclosure. I’ve not been to the Good Day Cafe, but any shop that can serve the mission of a non-profit, incorporate the very people served by the organization, and also serve a great cup of coffee gets my vote!
